I was born and raised in the Ozark Mountains of Arkansas. My birth home was so far back in the mountains even the wild animals sometimes lost their way home. I went barefoot most of the time even in school and to the big city of Clarksville until is was 18 years old. It was not necessary to wear shoes to the arbor church in the wild woods. I have fond memories of running with the Pigs, Chickens and Goats through our dog trout style home. I was lucky to have a pair of shoe's as they were rationed during W.W.II. My weapon of choice for hunting was my trusted bean flip. My bullets were a pocket full of Indian arrowheads I would find along the creek. I will always remember when my mother found a dead Tick with it's head buried deep in my skin. Some say the Tick died because it was sucking my blood I killed it. I had rather believe he just died of old age.
I collected everything while I was growing up because my grandma told me if I kept anything seven years I would find a use for it. My collectibles were usually antiques or soon were after I got them. Coins were something the city folks had in their pocket. My coins were flatten coke bottle tops I would get when I traded at my uncle Earl's country store a hen house egg for a piece of Bubble Gum and a Coke. My interest in collectibles, coins and antiques are wrapped around the words unique and unusual. If you have something to sell and nether of us don't know what it was I will surely try to buy it from you. My latest personal collectable I am so fond of is my two story Outhouse. I put my wife's name on the door of the top floor with a smiley face vent in the door and my name with a frown face vent on the bottom floor door. Somehow this seems to symbolize my many years of marriage. I have been fortunate to be able to travel most of the world looking for the most unusual and unique antiques, coins and collectibles I could find just for your enjoyment always keeping in mind the hard to find and the one of a kind. Please look over my store because I am sure you will find something you will want or need.
